This is the part where most education platforms specialize. They pick a vertical, ship it deeply, and move on. We chose the opposite path on purpose. Aptitudes are universal but sectors are how careers actually unfold. A technically strong communicator might thrive in tech in their 20s, hospitality in their 30s, government in their 40s, and education in their 50s. The aptitudes carry. The sector vocabulary doesn't — unless we hand it to them. The catalog is also how cross-pivots stay cheap. A finance professional looking at agritech doesn't need to start over. They need the agricultural vocabulary, the food safety regulation, and the cold-chain logistics — bolted onto what they already know. Sectors are the scaffold. Aptitudes are the load-bearing wall.
